This wonderful 68 y/o patient came to Dr. Cone desiring revision to her previous upper blepharoplasty and a face and neck transformation.  She requested a conservative appearance and did not desire to be “pulled”.  Dr. Cone performed bilateral upper bleph procedure with fat pad excision at the same time. He also performed both face and neck lift with fat grafting to some areas of the face. This patient also underwent a deep chemical peel to the face, neck and decollete while under anesthesia for her face lift.
