This 44-year-old woman came to Wellspring Plastic Surgery to discuss her options for bilateral breast revision. She had undergone a saline breast augmentation about 10 years ago. Since her original procedure, she felt her saline implants were not as full in appearance and was interested to know about the latest implant options on the market now.

During her consultation, discussed the different types of breast implants available at our Austin, TX practice. Following much discussion, she decided on a revision breast procedure replacing her saline breast implants with silicone with a slightly higher volume.
