We understand that quarantine has given us a little bit too much time near our fridge but if you put just vegetables, healthy fruits, proteins in your fridge, you will be less likely to binge and more likely to fill up at each meal. So next time you’re thinking of grabbing a bag a chips at the store to eat while watching Netflix-grab a bag of butter-less popcorn instead. You can even add a bit of lime or a bit dark chocolate if you are feeling adventurous.
