Dear Wellspring Patients and Families,

We write to share the important update that later this summer: Dr. CJ Langevin will be relocating to Dallas to be closer to his family and to enjoy life without the frequent commute between Austin and Dallas. We will certainly miss having him in Austin, but are happy for him and his family as they begin this new chapter. If you see Dr. Langevin out and about, be sure to wish him well.

During his years in Austin, Dr. Langevin performed nearly 9,000 surgeries and became widely respected for his expertise in advanced craniofacial surgery, orthognathics, and microsurgery. He helped develop the initial Facial Trauma Program at South Austin, and has been a pillar of the two Level 1 Trauma Center – Dell Seton and Dell Childrens. He has long been regarded as a trusted resource for challenging cases and helped establish the high standard of care that defines Wellspring today.

As Wellspring moves forward, Dr. Jeffrey Cone will continue leading patient care and providing the surgical expertise and attentive care that our patients have come to enjoy. We are so grateful to Dr. Langevin and to each of our patients for helping us grow into the practice we are now. When we opened 11 years ago, our singular goal was to empower positive change in our local community, and are delighted that this community of patients has expanded to include out-of-state patients, and now, international patients for facial rejuvenation, rhinoplasty, facelifts, eyelid surgery, and skull reshaping. We remain deeply grateful and have full hearts.

In addition, Katelin Frey, PA-C, will continue being a key team member in the care of Wellspring Pediatric Plastics patients and families with the same compassion and continuity they have come to know and trust.

Most importantly, our team remains here for you. Patients and families will continue to receive comprehensive support throughout every stage of care, from consultation through recovery and long-term follow-up. We are incredibly thankful for the trust you place in Wellspring and look forward to continuing to care for you and your family in the years ahead.
