We are delighted to announce that Leslie Saavedra is joining Wellspring Plastic Surgery.
Leslie and Dr. Cone have had the opportunity to work together before, so while Leslie may be a new face at Wellspring, she is certainly not new to Dr. Cone. Their longstanding professional relationship and shared approach to thoughtful, patient-centered aesthetic care make her addition to Wellspring feel like a natural fit.
We’re excited to have them working together again—and this time at Wellspring.
Meet Leslie Saavedra
Leslie brings years of experience in patient care along with a genuine passion for aesthetics and skincare. Her training includes certifications in HydrafacialMD, Microneedling, Venus Versa laser treatments, PCA Skin peel treatments and Semi-Permanent Micropigmentation, as well as education in neuromodulator and dermal filler injections. This broad experience allows her to look beyond any single treatment and consider what will best address each patient’s individual concerns and goals.
That approach makes Leslie a natural fit for Wellspring. We don’t believe every patient needs a treatment—or that the newest treatment is necessarily the right one. Instead, we believe in listening first, understanding what a patient hopes to improve, and recommending treatments thoughtfully.
Leslie shares that philosophy. She will work with patients to understand their skin, explore their options, and develop individualized treatment plans designed to create natural, meaningful improvement.
And now, she’ll have some exciting new tools to work with.

Skin Resurfacing: Improve the skin—not just the surface.
RF skin resurfacing combines the benefits of traditional microneedling with radiofrequency energy delivered beneath the skin’s surface.
The controlled treatment stimulates the skin’s natural remodeling response and collagen production, making it an excellent option when the concern isn’t simply pigmentation, but the quality, texture, and firmness of the skin itself.
Wrinkle Reduction: Enhance collagen production — reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
Using Multi-Polar Radio Frequency (RF) and Pulsed Electro Magnetic Fields (PEMF), the Diamond Polar and Octi Polar applicators produce effective and homogeneous heat in multiple tissue depths, producing superior clinical results.
Laser Hair Removal: Less time shaving. More time not thinking about it.
We’re also adding laser hair removal to the Wellspring menu. Using targeted energy to reduce unwanted hair at the follicle, treatments are performed as a series because hair grows in different cycles.
