GET YOUR PRE-QUARANTINE BODY BACK
We all have naturally gained an extra couple of pounds during quarantine but who hasn’t? We have been under an enormous amount of stress as a country and Covid-19 has been brutal to our physical and mental health. We are hoping for the light at the end of the tunnel once the vaccination has been dispersed globally but until then we want to give you a few tips and tricks to help you get up and moving again.
One of the biggest factors in a healthy weight loss plan comes down to what you put inside your body. We understand that quarantine has given us a little bit too much time near our fridge but if you put just vegetables, healthy fruits, proteins in your fridge, you will be less likely to binge and more likely to fill up at each meal. So next time you’re thinking of grabbing a bag a chips at the store to eat while watching Netflix-grab a bag of butter-less popcorn instead. You can even add a bit of lime or a bit dark chocolate if you are feeling adventurous.
Oh, the dreaded gym. We missed you being nonnegotiable. Now that people can enter the gym with a mask, it may be time we get up and go. If you are still feeling uncomfortable being out and about, we suggest using at-home work outs. There are a ton of YouTube videos online and some of them are FREE! Take note of different exercises from Pinterest as well. Not feeling like working out these days? That’s ok too! Just get up and go for a walk in between Zoom calls. The added bonus of getting fresh air can do wonders for your physical and more specifically your mental health.
Have you been tossing and turning? A lot of the times you can experience a drop in sleep habits if you are not eating or exercising as you should. Usually eating well and exercising regularly can lead to a better night’s sleep. We recommend limiting your screen time about 2 hours before bedtime to give your eyes time to rest. If you have the MiraBelle Skinfatuation moisturizer, lather that on before bedtime and give yourself a mini home facial. The more relaxed you are, the easier you will fall asleep.
Weight Loss & Surgery

This is because your body was prepared for the surgical journey in the best way possible.
