Perfect sexy firm buttock of healthy women in white bikini

Breast augmentation still remains the most popular cosmetic surgical procedure, as far as augmentations go…but buttocks, or gluteal, augmentation is not far behind. Buttocks augmentation—sometimes known as the Brazilian butt lift—hit an all-time high in 2016 with a 26 percent increase in procedures over the previous year, according to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

The amount of people looking to enhance their physique with a shapelier backside has increased along with all the attention celebrities bring to this unique part of the body. Never-ending posts and selfies from the likes of Kim Kardashian and comments still surrounding Pippa Middleton’s posterior when she was a royal bridesmaid a few years ago have inspired many to seek enhancements.

The shape of a larger, rounder, and firmer buttocks can in turn make the waist, thighs, and abdomen all appear smaller.

Buttocks augmentation typically involves either fat transfer, or grafting, or implants, similar to a breast implant.  With the transfer method, the fat is carefully harvested via liposuction from one part of the body and relocated to the buttocks. This is the preferred method and often achieves the most natural results.

The procedure itself is quick and efficient, but there is about a two-week recovery period afterwards. During this time, sitting for extended periods should be avoided along with heavy physical activity and lifting. Following your recovery period, and with your physician’s approval, you are encouraged to start slowly working out again. A healthy lifestyle of exercise and a balanced diet will also go a long way in ensuring that your new backside stays one of your best sides.
